Here is a description of some of our world class pastries:   Inaugurated in cosmopolitan Hoboken in 1910 by Carlo Guastaferro, an immigrant from mainland sunny Italy, acquired in 1964 by Bartolo Valastro, himself a native of volcanic Lipari island, off the northern coast of splendid Sicily.
