Consultations are held up to two weeks prior to your event, Monday-Saturday, 9a-5p. Wednesday to 7:30p.

All consultations are held at 631 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ 07310.
Consultations are for wedding cakes and large specialty cakes.
Up to 4 people may attend the consultation.
Delivery options will be discussed during your consultation.
We are not a nut-free environment.
Wedding and specialty cakes are priced by number of guests, starting at a minimum of 50.
50% of the total bill is due at the end of your consultation. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event.
A non-refundable $100 security deposit is required to schedule a consultation.
The $100 security deposit secures your appointment. This will be applied to the cost of your cake.
If you must cancel your consultation, you will receive a $100 gift card to Carlo's Bakery.
Carlo's Bakery reserves the right to reschedule appointments.
